In the first match of the fourth day of competition, Scuola Italiana defeated Vilo 28–26. The Uruguayan team managed to control the first half, impose their style of play, and head into halftime with a 15–8 lead.
In overtime, Vilo’s strong defense allowed him to get back into the game and narrow the score gap.
However, their lack of effectiveness on offense at crucial moments prevented them from completing the comeback.
Scuola Italiana managed to hold onto its lead until the end and earned its first victory in the competition. The MVP of the game was Julieta Iturriaga.

Cerro Porteño (PAR) vs. FMO Português (BRA)
The Brazilian team FMO Português defeated Cerro Porteño 28-9 and will now aim for fifth place in the competition.

Sedalo (ARG) vs. Jockey Club (ARG) semifinal
The first semifinal was a matchup between two Argentine teams. Sedalo quickly pulled ahead, closing out the quarter with a 19-9 run.
Defensive mistakes, a few turnovers, and missed shots prevented Jockey from playing its usual game.
In the second half, Sedalo came out determined to win the game; the team led by Fernando García dictated the pace of play and put up a more solid defense.
Sedaló defeated Jockey Club 28-22. With this victory, Sedaló advanced to the SCA Club Championship final and will compete for first place.
Irina Olmos was the top scorer of the game with 7 goals, while Miranda Kruk was named MVP of the game with 6 goals.

Torrense (BRA) vs. Internacional (PAR)
Internacional played strongly at home and defeated Torrense 28-27.
The team coached by Luan Agilardi struggled on offense, with turnovers and low shooting accuracy.
This allowed the Paraguayan women to capitalize on the counterattack and go into halftime with a 16-10 lead.
In the second half, Torrense tightened up its defense and kept its opponent from scoring for 10 minutes.
This allowed them to close the gap on the scoreboard, and on the final play of the game, they had a seven-meter shot to tie the game.
Finally, in a tense finish, goalkeeper María Villalba stopped the penalty kick that gave Internacional the victory and was named the game’s MVP.

MARINGA (BRA) vs. GOES (URU)

In the second half, Maringá was more clinical in front of the goal, which allowed them to tie the score and force the game into a seven-meter shootout.
In the penalty shootout, Goes prevailed 6-5 and claimed the victory.
Holtz and Grieco were the top scorers of the match with 12 and 10 goals, respectively. Goalkeeper Elena Alonso was named the game’s MVP after making the decisive save.
