Next to be defined
Following the withdrawal of Paraguay – which had qualified for the 2026 IHF Junior Women’s Handball World Championship as the fourth team in the final standings of the SCA Junior Women’s 2025 Tournament – the International Handball Federation (IHF) initiated consultations with Chile and Venezuela as possible replacement teams, as both teams finished fifth and sixth in the continental competition.
Since both federations have expressed their inability to participate in this phase, the IHF will determine the identity of the thirty-second team participating in the competition in due course, in accordance with the regulations in force.
