Brazil could not defeat the last Olympic champion. Second defeat for the Brazilians 26-20 against France, current Olympic champion (Tokyo 2020), for the third date of group B.
Two important matches remain for the Brazilians, who must win to advance to the next round.
The team coached by Cristano Rocha, opened the scoreboard but immediately France did the same and Brazil was not able to be in front at any time of the game.
