Argentina Wins the SCA U-16 Championship! After winning all five matches, the team claimed the title and, along with Brazil, qualified for the World Cup.
The SCA Under-16 Handball Championship has come to an end, with Argentina and Brazil securing the two spots in the World Cup.
Chile vs. Argentina
Argentina was crowned champion of the South Central American Tournament after defeating Chile 31-21; the team, coached by Rubén Busolin, won all five of its matches.
Samuel Aguirre was named MVP and also scored 7 goals. With this result, Argentina qualified for the 2027 World Cup.
Brazil vs. Paraguay A
Brazil defeated Paraguay 38-23. With this result, the Brazilians moved into second place in the standings and qualified for the World Cup in this category.
Lucas Souza was named the game’s MVP and also scored 7 goals for his national team. The Brazilians secured their spot in the World Cup.
Uruguay vs Peru
The Uruguayan national team defeated Peru 42-27, and with this result, it finished in sixth place in the tournament.
Peruvian player Marcelo Vela was named MVP of the game and also scored 9 goals for his team.
