In an extraordinary meeting held urgently yesterday, the COSCABAL Council resolved to nominate 4 representatives of the South and Central American Handball Confederation for the 2022 IHF Junior World Cup.
This is possible thanks to the authorization granted by the IHF Council based on the agreements of its meeting on March 7, which gave rise to authorizing CoSCABal to nominate the representatives who obtained the first 4 places in the recent SCA Junior Championship. Women’s Bs. Aires 2022 due to the health alert situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The permanent concern of the IHF and its Council for the development of handball in this part of the planet allows Chile and Paraguay to be added as qualifiers for the next 2022 IHF Junior World Cup to be held in Slovenia.
