Brazil with two victories
The Brazilian national team led by Marcus Tata started with a win against the local team, Norway.. The Norwegians won the first half 14-12, even though the Brazilians were more effective. Lastly, Brazil defeated the United States at the Unity Arena where they played their three preliminary round matches. The Americans surprised by closing the first half 12-10 in favor.
