The CoSCABal Chief Referee and IHF reader is participating in his third Olympic Games in Paris 2024 and was the highest authority at the most important handball finals worldwide. This nomination came as a result of a lot of hard work and effort, of thinking about refereeing all the time. Thedy has already been in charge of two adult men’s finals in the Egypt and Denmark World Cups. Now, in Paris 2024, he was the main official for France vs Norway in women and Denmark vs Sweden in men. “Ifeel very proud, very excited. As a kid you always dream of being in the final of an Olympic Games. It comes to me and in duplicate, women and men, for someone who is not European it is much more powerful. This also shows that the IHF is pluralistic and open to all continents, because otherwise I would not have received this nomination“. said Adjemian
