Argentina beat Brazil in the South American classic in the 3rd edition of Beach Handball SCA, Asuncion 2024. It was 2-1 in favor of the Kamikazes.
Argentina and Brazil were undefeated, which generated more expectations in a match full of emotions. The victory went to the Albiceleste by means of the Shoot Out.

First set
The first set started evenly as expected, but in the last 3 minutes Argentina with their defensive recoveries and the great performance of goalkeeper Florencia Bericio managed to win 17:12.
Second set
En el segundo set las cosas se dieron de igual forma que en el primero, pero Brasil lo cerró y aprovechó algunos errores del manejo de pelota de su rival. The score was 17:12 in favor of the Brazilians.
Definition
Finalmente, todo se definió en shoot out, donde la paridad continuó luego de la primera tanda de 5 lanzamientos.
In the next shootout, Sofia Dragonetti waited until the end for Brazil’s shooter and Florencia Bericio prevented her from scoring. On the other hand, Agustina Mirota managed to convert and the Argentine team won 7:6.
