Coscabal – The Confederation of South and Central America of Handball.
In Gothenburg, Sweden on July 1, 2019, in the meeting room of the Gothia Towers Hotel, Massans Gata 24, Box 5184, SE-402 26, Goteborg, Sweden, at 6.30 p.m., the Constitutional Assembly of the Handball Confederation of South and Central America giving rise to the new Confederation.
GOVERNING BODIES
Congress: Congress is the supreme and legislative body made up of all member National Federations.
Council: The Council is made up of the following members: President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Tesorero, Secretary General, President of the Competition Commission and President of the Technical and Development Commission
Executive Committee: The Executive Committee is composed of the following members: President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary General
Permanent Commissions: the statute establishes the following permanent commissions: Competition Commission, Technical and Development Commission, Referees Commission, Legal Commission, Ethics and Fair Play Commission, Media and Communications Commission, Marketing and Television Commission and Beach Handball Commission.

The Council will guarantee that the Statutes are applied and adopt the executive arrangements required for their application and the effective functioning of the governing bodies of COSCABAL to achieve the objectives described in these Statutes.
