“Women’s Day is a time to celebrate victories, recognize struggles and appreciate all those who inspire in and out of sport.”

This day expresses Patrica, symbolizes strength, overcoming, recognition, appreciation and union.

“As an athlete, I have learned that every conquest is built with a lot of dedication and facing constant challenges.”

“I believe that women have the ability to persist, evolve and transform realities, even in the face of difficulties. Women teach constantly and deserve to be celebrated and valued every day.”.

As for references, her mother, Flora Scheppa, is her main inspiration.

“For his strength, determination and for the daily example of dedication, balance, humility and perseverance that he has always transmitted to me.”

“With her I learned to respect, to develop resilience and to never give up on my dreams. If today I have the achievements I have in my life, it is undoubtedly a reflection of the example and teachings I receive from my mother every day.”

She also stated that it is very difficult to define women with just one word. “It’s difficult because she’s great and full of qualities that, on their own, could represent her.”

“Among so many definitions such as overcoming, determination and courage, the one I like to use the most is resilience.”

“For the ability of women to go beyond their own limits, to face difficulties, to adapt, to overcome challenges and to keep going until they reach their goals, even after difficult moments.”

“The woman is tireless, unstoppable!”Scheppa closed.
