The Handball party is on in Asunción. The SCA U13 and U14 Championship got underway, with a large crowd and matches full of excitement.
The first day of competition ended with important victories in the men’s category for Argentina, Brazil and Chile, who each scored 2 points in the standings.
The first to take the field were the Argentines and Uruguayans at the CPH stadium of the National Sports Secretariat. Argentina outshot Uruguay 24-17.
Then Brazil did the same and defeated Paraguay B 44-13 and in the closing match, Chile sealed its victory 34-20 against Paraguay A.

Meanwhile, at the CEO of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, the three women’s matches were played with victories for Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay A.
The Brazilian team beat Chile 24-20, in the second game Argentina defeated Paraguay B 35-23 and in the last game, with a crowd that made the stadium vibrate, Paraguay A won 29-11 against Uruguay.

This Wednesday the action continues at 3:00 p.m. at the CEO-COP with Brazil vs Argentina (fem), at 5:00 p.m. Paraguay B vs Argentina (masc) and closing at 7:00 p.m. Paraguay A vs Brazil (masc).
Meanwhile, from 3.30 pm at the COP Arena, Chile vs Uruguay (men), at 5.30 pm Paraguay B vs Uruguay (women) and in the last match, Chile vs Paraguay A (women).
