Coaches course License B

From July 12 to 20, the “B” License Coaches Course was held in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The course belonging to the International Handball Federation and the Confederation of South and Central America Handball (IHF-COSCABAL) was held at the ISEF N°1 Romero Brest, the organization was in charge of the Argentine Handball Confederation (CAH) through its National School of Coaches (ENEHA).

This is the first time that the B License training for coaches is held on the continent. It is worth mentioning that during 2024, Argentina hosted the “C” and “D” License Courses.

The highlight of the training was the presence of trainer Jorge Dueñas, who arrived from Spain and was in charge of the course together with experienced Argentine trainer Eduardo “Dady” Gallardo.

Both coaches are members of the International Handball Federation (IHF) Training and Methods Commission.

Large turnout

Course participants came from different parts of the continent, the main objective is to continue training and obtain the necessary tools for our sport to grow throughout the region.

Participants in this opportunity were: Matías Álvarez, Daniel Betti, Rubén Busolín, Cristian Campos, Martín Duhau, Sebastián Espoz Lazos, Sebastián Ferraro, Gastón González Arias, Marcelo Gramcko, Matías Gründfeld, Rodolfo Jung, Jorge Leguiza, Fernando Lope de Vergara, Guillermo Milano, Gustavo Pallero, Guillermo Pastene, Leonardo Puñales Bonilla, Pablo Robledo, Pablo Sznitowski and Matías Vergara.

It is important to note that from 2027 it will be a mandatory condition to have a Coaches License for IHF events.
