The women’s playoff for the World Cup in Germany/Netherlands 2025 is approaching. Three teams will be looking for the place that will take them to the World Cup.
From April 24 to 26, the women’s playoff will be held in the city of Palmira, Colombia. The event is a qualifier for the next World Cup in Germany/Netherlands.
The competition, which only grants one place at the biggest handball event, will be attended by Colombia, Paraguay and Peru. Colombia, Paraguay and Peru.

Match Schedule
The three matches will be played at 18:00 Colombian time at the IMDER stadium. On the first day, scheduled for Thursday, April 24, the locals will face Peru; on Friday the Peruvians play against Paraguay and on Saturday the Guaraníes will face Colombia.
Classifieds
The teams already qualified for the SCA Handball Championship held in Niteroi, Brazil in November 2024.
The team coached by Cristiano Rocha won first place and the title of champion, while Argentina took second place and finally the third step of the podium went to Uruguay. After being absent for 13 years, the Charrúas will be present again.
