From the city of Punta Arenas, Chile, the live draw of the “Libertadores del Handball” takes place. “Libertadores del Handball”.. This Tuesday, April 22nd at 20:30 (Santiago time) we will know how the groups of the Championship will be formed.
It should be noted that the Championship will be played in the Chilean capital. The women’s tournament will be played from May 11 to 16 and will have 12 teams, while the men’s tournament will take place from May 18 to 24 and 16 teams will participate.

Taubaté (current champion) (BRA), Pinheiros (BRA), Nacional (BRA) and Portugués (BRA); San Fernando (ARG), Club Universitario (ARG), Dorrego (ARG), Colegio Ward (ARG); Ovalle (CHI), Kutral (CHI), Liceo Nacional Maipú (CHI), USAB (CHI), MET (CHI); Pilar (PAR), Partille Club (PER) and Colegio Alemán (URU).
In the men’s category, the team that wins the championship qualifies for the Club World Cup.
