GAME 1: EL SALVADOR VS URUGUAY
In the fourth date of the SCA Senior Women’s Handball, Uruguay achieved an outstanding victory by defeating El Salvador 49-6, consolidating its position in the fight for the qualification to the World Cup Germany/Netherlands 2025.consolidating its position in the fight for the qualification to the World Cup in Germany/Netherlands 2025.
The light blue team stood out for their ball recoveries and also for taking advantage of quick offensive transitions, which allowed them to dominate from the beginning. With an efficiency of 88.46%, the team coached by Leonardo Puñales went to the break 23-3.

The Argentine team dominated the start of the match, but Paraguay reacted after a time-out requested by coach Marizza Faria.
However, “La Garra” took advantage before the break, leading 18-12 thanks to the key contribution of Ayelén Rosalez, who registered a 50% efficiency in goal.
In the second half, Argentina strengthened its defense and managed the positional attack with solvency, while Paraguay was unable to keep up the pace or close the gap.
Rosario Urban led the Argentine offense with 8 goals, while Carolina Bono was named MVP of the match. With this victory, Argentina prepares to dispute the championship title against Brazil.
GAME 3: BRAZIL VS CHILE
Brazil defeated Chile 42-11 in the last match of day 4 of the SCA Senior Women’s Handball. With this victory, the locals reaffirmed their leadership in the tournament and secured their ticket to the World Cup Netherlands/Germany 2025.
The first half was a Brazilian monologue, ending 19-3 thanks to their 67% offensive efficiency and an impenetrable defense with 66% efficiency.
Chile, despite improving in the second half, was unable to break Brazil’s solid defensive structure or convert their key chances.
The scorers of the match were Bruna de Paula and Giulia Guarieiro with 5 goals each. The match ended with a brilliant performance by Mariane Fernandes, who was the MVP of the match.
