In its first presentation in the SCA U16 Women’s Handball, Argentina defeated the Peruvian team in a resounding manner and took a great victory 32 to 8. From the beginning, Argentina dominated the match. They maintained a very solid attack in contrast to the Peruvians who suffered mistakes in the offense. The team coached by Anthony Guerra was only able to score their first goal after 16 minutes of play. During the first half, the team led by Luciana Salvadó was effective in their shots. In addition, they were able to gather the opponent’s mark by quickly releasing the ball to find a free teammate ready to shoot at the goal. At the end of the first half, Argentina went to the break with a 15-3 lead.
