CoSCABal Referees were present at the Junior World Cup in China. The Confederation of South and Central America Handball had referee representation. In Chuzhou, China, the Junior Women’s World Championship took place with the participation of teams representing South America such as Argentina, Brazil and Chile, but there were also three IHF refereeing teams that were part of the large staff of CoSCABal referees.
