COSCABAL refereeing teams at the China Junior Women’s World Cup. Once again the referee representation in a world championship.
In Chuzhou, China, the Junior Women’s World Cup was held with the participation of teams representing South America, such as Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
In addition, three IHF refereeing duos were part of the large staff of CoSCABal referees.

The testimony of Germán Araujo from Uruguay:
“For both Nicolás Perdomo and myself, it is always a privilege to receive this type of nomination. It is a great responsibility because we feel we represent the rest of our country’s and the continent’s colleagues.”
“An IHF tournament (in this case a World Junior Championship) is always a great challenge, it requires you to arrive in the best physical, theoretical, practical and mental way to have good performances in the matches.”

Today, South American refereeing is very well regarded and much of this is our responsibility.
Delegates and officers
Also present were delegates Esilo Melo of Brazil, Luciano Zabala of Argentina and Teodoro Adjemian, head referee of the Confederation of South and Central America Handball, who was appointed official at the final of the World Youth Championship in China.
On this occasion, Spain won the title of champion, beating Denmark 23-22 and the official in charge, Thedy Adjemian, expressed his satisfaction on social networks after having managed to be present in three finals in the same month.
