Chile closes its participation in the World Youth Championship with a victory over Guinea. The Chileans won by 19-18. against the Africans and reached 29th place in the tournament, their third victory.

With an imprecise start, the Chileans kept the African team at bay, who during the first 20 minutes dominated the rhythm of the match, capitalizing on their quick counterattacks to reach an advantage of up to four goals.
However, Chile did not stop looking for spaces and began to be more effective in their shots, shortening Guinea’s lead.

The second half started with both teams evenly matched for the first 15 minutes, but Chile managed to take the lead and maintain a three-goal advantage.

Finally, Chile won 19-18, obtaining the 29th place in the tournament and ending its participation with a balance of 4 defeats and 3 victories.
