Brazil qualified for the quarterfinals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games!

Brazil, led by Cristiano Silva, is the fourth team to qualify for the Quarterfinals of Paris 2024 thanks to an emphatic 30-19 victory over Angola, and will face Norway in the next round of these Olympic Games.

Brazil managed to beat Angola largely thanks to the great performance of goalkeeper Gabriela Moreschi, who was able to close the goal to the Africans; while Samara Vieria, with her accurate shots, was also a great help to the Brazilian team’s qualification.

During the match Brazil managed to score a partial 6-0, largely due to the low efficiency of the Angolan offense, which could only score 6 goals in the first half.

The second half remained similar

The second half did not change much, as the difference widened with an Angolan team forced to take risks.
This did not work out for them, as they left free spaces that Brazil, with its liveliness and good play, was able to take advantage of through Gabriela Bitolo, who ended up being one of the scorers of the match.

The match ended 31-19, qualifying Brazil to the quarterfinals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, each time with a little more hope of winning the gold medal.
