Statements:

“We made mistakes but our attacking play was very good, we paid dearly for our mistakes in counter-attacks, we showed we were up to the task, we lacked that high level of play that the Norwegians have. If you don’t make a good retreat and position yourself quickly it can cost you the game”, said Diego Simonet to an Argentinean media. “At halftime we talked and adjusted the errors in defense, if we were well positioned it was difficult for them. We missed goals, it can happen when you face a good goalkeeper. The nerves of the first games make you shoot half-heartedly but that is not a lack of attitude, it is a lack of level”, closed Diego Simonet.
