Statements:
Diego Simonet of the Argentine national team:
“We made mistakes but our attacking play was very good, we paid dearly for our mistakes in counterattacking, we showed that we are up to the task, we lack that high level of play that the Norwegians have”.
“At halftime we talked and adjusted the errors in defense, if we were well positioned it was difficult for them.
We miss goals, it can happen when you face a good goalkeeper. The nerves of the first games make you shoot half-heartedly, but that’s not a lack of attitude, it’s a lack of level.

Federico Pizarro of the Argentine national team:
“I feel a very great joy to be here after so many years and to continue representing the national team in the maximum tournament of the sport”. The goals of the match were scored by: Diego Simonet (5), James Parker (4), Andrés Moyano (4), Federico Pizarro (4), Gastón Mouriño (3), Lucas Moscariello (3), Ignacio Pizarro (3), Nicolás Bono (2), Pablo Simonet (1), Federico Fernández (1), Pedro Martínez (1), Nicolás Bonanno, Juan Bar and Leonel Maciel.
