Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay present in Paris. Less than a month to go to see the best players in the world at “Maison du Handball” in France at the Beach Handball exhibition.
The city of Créteil, 13 kilometers from Paris, will host the “IHF Beach Handball Showcase” on 27, 28 and 29 July 2024.
It should be noted that beach handball was incorporated into the program of the Youth Olympic Games held in Buenos Aires 2018.
On that occasion, Argentina was crowned champion in the women’s category and won the bronze medal in the men’s category.
It is not yet included as a discipline in the official calendar of the Summer Olympic Games, but there will be a three-day exhibition with the best players in the world.
Trainers present
There will be six teams in both genders plus the participation of the French national teams. Each team has a different name.
They will be led by coaches with important achievements in their extensive careers such as Leticia Brunati (ARG), Mladen Paradzik (CRO), Khaled Hassan (QAT), Maria Karantoni (GRE), Tamas Neukum (HUN) and Alexander Novakovic (GER).
South American participants
The South American representatives who will be part of the exhibition are Fiorella Corimberto, Gisella Bonomi and Nahuel Pérez Baptista from Argentina.
Carolina Pires Militão, Nathalie Sena, Patricia Scheppa, Renata Santiago, Gil Pires, Bruno Carlos de Oliveira and Thiago de Oliveira Barcellos from Brazil. Santiago Rodríguez will represent Uruguay.
