Referees and a key work in the SCA Club Handball. During the development of the women’s and men’s championships played in Brazil, there was an outstanding work of the refereeing staff.
The development of the activities was in charge of the delegates and the referee teams.
Technical thin
In the SCA Women’s Club Handball Tournament, held in San José in the state of Santa Catarina, the delegate staff was composed of Teodoro Adjemian (ARG) Chief Referee COSCABAL.
Also, Rolando Ferres (URU), Luciano Zabala (ARG) and Esilo de Mello (BRA); their tasks as technical delegates and referee evaluators.
Also present were the delegates Pablo Martínez (URU) and Marcelo Moraga (CHI).

Activities
Throughout the week they had different activities, the regional category referees were evaluated with the possibility of participating in the next courses of the Global Training Project and to be promoted to the IHF category.
In addition, they were given a physical and written test with specific game situations, as well as being shown various situations from World Cup matches and the new IHF guidelines.
In general, all the referee pairs were evaluated in each match they officiated and clips were cut with specific moments for decision making and common criteria to be applied in the next matches.
Each delegate evaluator talked with the teams and analyzed the games and provided them with guidelines for future designations.
SCA Men’s Clubs Handball Tournament
It was held in the city of Taubaté in the state of São Paulo. The delegate staff was composed of
Teodoro Adjemian (ARG), COSCABAL Chief Referee for the last two days.
Rolando Ferres (URU), Luciano Zabala (ARG) and Esilo de Mello (BRA), technical delegates and referee evaluators.
Also present were the technical delegates Pablo Martínez (URU), Marcelo Moraga (CHI) and Adrián Galván (ARG).
The IHF category refereeing teams that participated were Julián López Grillo and Sebastián Lenci (ARG),
Daniel Magalhaes and Hernique Godoy (BRA), Mathias Sosa and Christian Lemes (URU) and Raymel Reyes and Alexis Zuñiga (CUB) as a guest team.
Also present were duos from the regional category: Marcos Petrone and Facundo Rueda (ARG), Gustavo Ramalho and Bruno Santana (BRA) and José Aguilera and Isaac Gutiérrez (CHI).
The same working method was adopted as in the women’s tournament with the regional referees who participated in the men’s championship.
