The teams of Pinheiros, São Fernando, Taubaté and Nacional are semifinalists in the SCA Handball Clubs championship being held in São Paulo.
Group stage
In the closing of the group phase, Pinherios beat Ward College 31-23 and was the first team to qualify to the semifinals.
San Fernando then beat Praia Club 28-22 and with this result will face Pinheiros this Friday at 5:00 p.m. for a place in the final.
The team from Taubaté, coached by Dimas Lara, beat Nacional 25-24 and this Friday they will face each other again for a place in the final at 8:00 pm.

Colegio Alemán (URU) beat Partille Club (PER) 33-20, River Plate (ARG) drew 33-33 with Universitario de Córdoba (ARG) and Liceo Nacional Maipu (CHI) overcame Met (CHI) 32-28.
