Post-match statement:
Florencia Ponce de León player of Ferro: “We started very well, very focused, especially emphasizing on defense, which was what we had been struggling with in the last matches in Buenos Aires. We trained a lot for this match, for this tournament, I think it is noticeable, we have been preparing since the beginning of the year working very hard, but obviously River is a very competitive team with great players and they fought us until the end, we knew that the difference of the first half was not going to be maintained because they are like that, but I think we were able to close it in the best way”.
