Great victory for Argentina against Chile in the Beach HSCA, this Wednesday began the Beach Handball Championship that is being held in Asunción.
The competition grants qualification to the World Cup, there will be 2 tickets for women and 3 for men. The Kamikazes debuted with a 2-0 victory against Chile.
First set
Argentina defeated the Chilean team with authority in the start of the 3rd edition of the Beach Handball SCA. The Kamikazes imposed their game and took the victory with partials of 20:13 in the first set and 24:10 in the second.
The great performance of the Chilean goalkeeper in the first set prevented the difference for Argentina from being greater.
But the effective lateral counterattack of Agustina Mirotta managed to filter the rival’s defense and thus keep the score in their favor during the first half.
Second set
Already in the second set, the start was a little more even, the Chileans managed to be effective in the attack and equal the score.
However, Leticia Brunetti’s team took advantage of the small errors of the Chilean defense and demonstrated their superiority by increasing the difference by more than 10 goals.
Great start for the Kamikazes who are looking for their place in the World Cup in China and to be crowned champions.

In addition, the Paraguay vs Uruguay teams were in charge of opening the court at the Olympic Committee.
With an exciting match that was decided in a shoot-out, Paraguay won by 2 sets to 1, with partial scores of 10:9, 10:11 and 5:4 in the shoot-out.
