Arbitration development in Chile, continuing the work of the Handball Talent Identification and Refereeing Rules Update Programme.
On this occasion, the Chilean capital welcomed Teodoro Adjemian.
The Chilean Handball Federation was honoured by the presence of Teodoro Adjemian, Head of the CoSCABal Playing Rules Commission and IHF Lecturer.
Training
The aim of his visit was to conduct a refereeing training course whilst the Women’s National Handball League was taking place.
Teodoro Adjemian was in charge of the work carried out and stated:
“I found a group eager to learn and develop. Quite a diverse group. Some pairs with more experience and others who have only recently entered the world of refereeing.
However, there are some pairs who would be interesting additions to the CoSCABal squad.
“With experience in their respective countries and having been nominated for CoSCABal competitions, I am convinced they can reach continental levels.”

COSCABAL has plans to work with more federations in 2024.
The main aim is for more federations to take the initiative and get involved, as supporting training for both referees and handball coaches across the continent is essential for the development of our beloved sport.
