Rolando Ferres, a reader for the CoSCABal Refereeing Commission, was in charge of the program and highlighted:
“A 5-day work was carried out, considering the theoretical and practical part on the court. In general terms, the objective of the course was achieved and two new pairs of referees were recruited.”
He added:
“The evolution was noted in the days of competition that they had after the Phase 1 program.
I want to highlight the organization, the sports complex, the performance of all the participants for the execution of the event and the great turnout of the public that the entire tournament had.”

CoSCABal, after this successful participation of the Peruvian Federation, has already scheduled work with the Federations of Chile and Costa Rica.
The objective is for all of them to join an initiative that involves the training of handball coaches for the Continent.
