HSCA Junior Women’s Championship, Buenos Aires 2023 at the Casa del Handball Argentino from November 14-18.
Eight countries will participate in the event: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru and Uruguay.
In addition to the title, there will be 3 places at stake for the next Junior World Cup in North Macedonia 2024.
Group A: Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and Costa Rica.
Group B: Brazil, Chile, Guatemala and Peru.
The first day of the competition opened with a 28-11 victory by Uruguay over Costa Rica in Zone A, while in Zone B, Chile defeated Peru 41-22, followed by Brazil’s 41-11 victory over Guatemala. In the closing match, the local team showed its superiority by defeating Colombia by 48-03.
